~kursus asas renang

time aku kursus kebetulan x der class...bukan aku saje2 nk ponteng.kursus 3 days at uum.mmg catik ar swimming pool kt sna.mula2 sampai dh kena salin bju then terus masuk kolam.instructor mr wong yg agak senior dr sport centre uum bg briefing before we all start.

day 1 :first step breathing & water confident kena tarik nafas gunakan mulut then masuk dlm air pas2 kuarkan guna mulut jgk perlahan2...2nd step nk kena floating & gliding...ssh gak sbb x besa confirm leh tenggelam.caranya kita just releks and ringankn bdan.pas2 sure ar bdn kita jd lurus je ats air.but muka mmg kena mengadap dlm air and telinga kita balancekn our body.

day 2 :3rd step gliding & kicking...we all kena terdampar tepi kolam then belajar nk kick.kaki kita kena luruskan dlu then angkat dn tapak kaki tu kena buka pastu baru kick.mcm dugung dahhh time tu.punya lah ssh nk kick dlm air.ptg still continue sampai we all leh swim.

day 3 :practice swim and breathing...time lunch we all dh bole balik.

so far aku hapy dpt attend kursus ni,kena practise lagi sampai tere!
